the quotes often heard when on an expedition with this angler.

This day was no exception, a little known
spot in the south of the Nations capital sometimes sees Walleye runs of epic proportions. The only catch is you
must know where and when to hit it up. Fortunately the cowboy has this knowledge. However the trip was not without
its pitfalls. First one must stare down the local residents, some of whom have big dogs... really big dogs. who
rarely see visitors to their little slice of paradise on the banks of the river. The cowboy never one to be intimidated
simply gears up and heads down the trail. Next obstacle is the water level. It can rise and fall several feet in
a day or two and thus the angler must be prepared for any thing. If you are skilled enough and committed enough
as our guest obviously is you too can partake in an incredible adventure such as this. After several disasters
and near disasters the days angling comes to a close trophy pix are taken and all fish are released. The crew negotiates
the trail in reverse to head back to their favorite watering hole the Sunnyside Sports Lounge to talk story and
plan the next water assault.
