Get with the program Cowboy! That was the call as Whitey, Megastir, and Cowboy headed out to Mahon lake for
an evening of Bassin'. Armed with the appropriate supplies and even with an IMAX film crew in tow for an upcoming
2idiots IMAX feature 
the crew piled into the nearest available rowboat to beetle on over to the bassin' hole. Despite repeated advice
about how to fish this hole the Cowboy ignored all comments an remained focused on his unique style. Unfortunately
for him he caught nothing! Sticking to the tried and true, the 2 remaining idiots did manage to catch several SM
Bass. during the course of the adventure check the photo proof.
As for the Lake this season, well there has been an unusual lack of construction/Tractor activity for the first
time in years. Rumours are swirling that the so-called tractor man is, depending on who you believe, either succombing
to his bad karma and suffering a horrible slow death, or simply redeveloping (in his usuall obsessive manner) another
chunk of land in Ottawa's east end much to the chagrin of his neighbours there. Whatever the case may be it was
the first quiet summer in years.
